Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
For most orders, the estimated delivery time is:
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 8–18 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
European Union: 7–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Cost
We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the tracking number has been issued.
You can use the tracking number provided to follow your package until delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed Orders
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days after being shipped, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office or the shipping carrier.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss or incorrect handling after delivery. However, we will always do our best to help you resolve the situation.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to stock availability or logistics reasons.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
